About the Album
Hooray For Love is a celebration of this universal human condition. A seamless combination of old and new songs recorded with jazz musicians and a jazz sensibility. Tracks include George and Ira Gershwin’s “Love Is Here To Stay,” Steve Earle’s “Valentine’s Day” and Curtis’s self-penned title track. Newcomer French chanteuse Cyrill Aimée does a duet with Curtis on “You Make Me Feel So Young,” a tune made famous by Frank Sinatra.
